When Shipped?
TranscendStore.com orders which are received before 3:00 PM (PST) will normally
be processed and shipped the same day, for in stock items. Otherwise they will
be shipped the next business day (excluding Federal holidays) based on product
availability and order verification. There may be delays for verification by our
credit department, which usually are confirmed within 24 hours.
Any "out of stock" orders are normally shipped within 3-5 business days.
Customers will be notified by email and/or telephone if a product they ordered
is out of stock or will not be available for more than one (1) week.

Where does TranscendStore.com ship to?
At this time, TranscendStore.com only ships to the continental United States
plus Hawaii and Alaska (FexEx only). All orders must be shipped to a domestic
U.S. physical street address. We DO NOT ship to PO boxes and freight forwarding
companies. Also note that Priority Mail ships ONLY to APO and FPO addresses.
Shipping Rates (U.S.)
All shipping times are "approximate." For
additional information about a specific shipping method, please visit UPS.com, UPS Mail Innovation,
FedEx.com or FedEx Ground. 5-7 days shipping is an estimated time frame. Most items typically will be delivered within this time frame, but some items may take up to two weeks.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders over $100 (pre-tax). This only applies to
economic 5-7 day shipping (UPSMI, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground). The discount will
automatically be applied during the checkout process.
Alternate Shipping Address
We only ship to addresses verified by the bank. If your shipping address does not match your billing address, please call your credit card company to add an alternative shipping address. This is to ensure the security of your credit card and order.
Paypal orders are only shipped to the verified address provided by Paypal.
The Fine Print
Customers will be responsible for package re-routing cost or return shipment
costs for wrong or incomplete shipping addresses. This includes omission of
apartment numbers, company name, suite numbers, building designation, mail stop
codes, etc. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible
for postage cost to return any product for replacement or credit.
