Returns and Refunds

Our online store offers a ful 60-day* money back guarantee for all products purchased directly though our website. Product replacement or refund is subject to the store policy outlined in our website.

(a) All returns for replacement made after the ninety (90) calendar day period has expired will be honored as long as a compatible module is available.

(b) No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RMA) Number. Buyer must return merchandise to Seller within fifteen (15) calendar days after the RMA is issued. If the merchandise is not returned within the authorized time period, the RMA will be canceled. Products must be packed securely and be returned to the Seller undamaged, with Buyer being solely responsible for paying all return freight costs unless otherwise agreed to in writing. (c) Merchandise is subject to testing before replacements will be issued. We reserve the right to return to the Buyer (at his cost) any non-defective merchandise or any merchandise that does not match the invoice.

(d) We reserve the option to require that defective merchandise returns be accompanied by a test report from an independent laboratory in order to receive a refund or replacement on merchandise.

(e) Restocking fees will be determined by the following table:

0-60 days: 0% restocking fee
60+ days: 15% restocking fee
60+ days - End of Warranty: Replacement only
Beyond warranty period We will try to repair a defective product even beyond warranty, however customer will be responsible for cost of labor & replacement parts

(h) Buyer will pay all return freight charges using a major courier service with tracking and insurance (if return is over $500.00 USD).

(i) Returns sent COD will be REFUSED.

(j) The full merchandise amount will be credited to the buyer's account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


 

Delivery Terms

All online orders are processed and shipped the SAME BUSINESS DAY if the order is placed before 3:00 pm (PST), based on product availability and pending order verification. If your order is received after 3:00 pm, a weekend, or a holiday, shipment occurs the NEXT business day. TranscendStore.com is not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control.



Shipping: Fees, Taxes, Duty and Address


Transcend will collect applicable shipping fees and all other taxes associated with all orders sold and shipped on www.transcendstore.com

    • Economic deliveries take approximately 5-7 business days (depending on your area).
    • FedEx Economy delivery takes 2-3 business days (depending on your area).
    • FedEx Overnight deliveries will arrive the next business day (depending on your area).
    • Notice: FedEx doesnot deliver to PO Boxes. For this reason, we can only ship to U.S. physical street addresses.
    • Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address.
    • A customer representative may call or e-mail you if your billing address does not match your credit card records, or if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address. Transcend reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet the criteria above or cannot be verified.
       

TranscendStore.com RMA procedure

You will need to get an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us before you send back your product for replacement, repair, or refund.  Our online RMA process will walk you through each page and give you an RMA Number along with return instructions at the end of the process.  You can either request a repair/replacement (within your products warranty period), or you can request a refund (if within 60 days of your Transcend invoice date).  To recieve a RMA number, simply click on the banner at the top of this section.

    • Please remember to send your return in a padded envelope, box or similar protective packaging.
    • Print a copy of your RMA Form and include it inside your return package.
    • Please return all accessories, cables, earphones, etc. that came with your product.
    • Write your RMA Number on the outside of your return package and send to:

Once we receive your return, we will process your RMA request and ship your repair/replacement via a traceable shipping method.  If you have requested a refund (Transcend website customers only), we will issue credit back to the original credit card used for this purchase.  We will notify you by email after your return has been received and processed.
